API Usage

1. API Key Issuance and Usage

Upon account creation, Thridify will issue an API key to access our services. This key is used to authenticate requests.

1.2 User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for safeguarding the API key. Any usage of the key is considered authorized.

1.3 Quota Usage

Users are responsible for any quota usage under their key. Thridify and AAPASTECH PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for misuse or loss.

2. Loss or Compromise of API Key

2.1 Reporting Compromised API Keys

If compromised, users must notify Thridify support immediately. A new key will be issued after blocking the compromised one.

2.2 Service Disruption

Reissuing an API key may cause temporary service disruption. Thridify will not be liable for losses during this period.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 Exclusion of Liability

Thridify and AAPASTECH PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use of the API key.

3.2 Reissuance of API Key

While efforts will be made to issue a new key promptly, delays may occur. Thridify is not responsible for downtime.

4. User Obligations

4.1 Secure Handling of API Key

Users must securely store, protect, and rotate API keys regularly.

4.2 Compliance with Terms

Using the API key implies full compliance with these terms. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund if we fail to provide the Service. Refund timelines depend on the specific Service or are capped at 15 days. If you do not request a refund within the stipulated time, you will not be eligible.

Return Policy

An active subscription cannot be returned once the service starts. However, you can cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle.

Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failure to perform if caused by force majeure events.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. All communication regarding these Terms must be directed through the contact information on the website.

Thridify 3D Model Sharing Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Thridify: Refers to the website operated by AAPASTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

3D Artist: Any individual or entity providing 3D models to Thridify.

2. Purpose

To define rights and responsibilities of both Thridify and the 3D Artists regarding 3D model submission and usage.

3. 3D Model Submission

a. Ownership and Rights

• The artist confirms they own submitted 3D models.
• The artist has all required rights to share models with Thridify.

b. Exclusive Use by Thridify

• Models will be used exclusively by Thridify for demos and marketing.

c. Intellectual Property

• Submitted models become IP of Thridify.
• Artists may not redistribute without written consent.

d. Compensation

• No direct payments; exposure on platform may support artist’s portfolio.

4. Confidentiality

All non-public exchanged information will be treated as confidential by both parties.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India.
